WE NEED YOUR HELP! The rescue has incurred a lot of high vet bills and costs recently! We are in dire need of your donations
to make sure we can help as many animals as we can! Below is a list of items that are needed to help the animals! - Cat Food
- Cat Litter
- Frontline
for cats and dogs (fleas and ticks)
- Wormer for cats and dogs (round, hook,
whip, and tape worms)
- Collars
- Leashes
- Toys for kittens and puppies
- Cedar Shavings (for use with
nursing puppies)
- Grain for horses (any)
- Wormer
for horses
- Hay for horses (please nothing with mold)
- Gift cards to Walmart or Petsmart
- Monetary Donations to help with vet
bills as well as the purchase of food and necessary daily care costs for these animals.
Anything would be greatly appreciated! All of our efforts are going towards the care of the animals and we are unable
to save very much back to build the new shelter we hope to have! Please if you can help in any way it is greatly

The Rural Iowa Animal Rescue is here! We are the only
shelter in Buchanan County! We take strays, owner surrenders, and help out other shelters/rescues when animals are in danger
of being put to sleep all over the state and surrounding states. We are not breed specific and will help as many animals
as we can. We will adopt to qualifying homes out of state. We are state inspected and are 501c3 certified so all donations
are tax deductible! We are currently working on fundraising for the construction
of our new shelter! Can you help us? With a shelter we can help so many more animals. We can put up a basic building that
will keep the animals in a heated area in the winter and will keep them sanitary for $25,000! If you would like to donate

Sabrina is a three year old gentle black cat. She has a soft and shiny black coat! Sabrina is very sweet and likes to
follow you around. She likes to run around the house and play. Sabrina gets along with other cats, and does well with kids,
and still stays away from the dogs. Sabrina loves to cuddle and sits on her volunteer mom's shoulder while she is sitting
