Chance is new to the rescue. He has been diagnosed with colitis and is recieving extra vet care and medication/supplements. He is only a baby at 10 months old and is a registered paint gelding! He is from show horses so has a great future ahead of him once we get past his illness. Any donations to help pay for his care are greatly appreciated. HELP! URGENT!
We need your help! This guy is in a horse lot with many other horses who are headed to the slaughter house in Canada. Horse lovers have stepped in and seen that this guy is scared out of his mind. He is calm and sweet and gentle and loving, while most other horses around him are flighty and aggressive and have not been handled much. The horse lovers have been going to him and painting hearts on his rear to make him stand out in hopes he will continually get a pass when they load up trailers full of horses to head to the slaughter house. We need your help to get him out of the slaughter bound horse lot and into rescue where he is safe! Transport and vet costs alone will be approx. $600 to get him here. Please if anyone can help donate to get him here that would be wonderful! Any donations are greatly appreciated. Freddie, JoJo, and Bob:
These are three very sweet guinea pigs that are in need of new homes. Freddie needs to go to a home where there is another guinea pig in his cage, but JoJo and Bob don't mind having some alone time. They are all handled by children but do still get skittish sometimes due to just recently being introduced to children. Freddie's age is unknown, but his two sons, JoJo and Bob were born this summer so are still young little guys! Adoption fees are $20 per guinea pig or $50 with a cage.
The rescue has other animals available for adoption and other horses in rehabilitation right now. Please inquire for additional animals for adoption or that maybe coming up for adoption soon.
